Tropical Hideaway has been undergoing significant improvements the past four years, including refurbishment of both pools, new outdoor furniture, re-surfacing two of our Tennis Courts, adding new laundry equipment, and improving the landscaping. Additional improvements have been new siding, new paint colors, an expanded beach with palapas and white sand. We are very excited about the 2008 addition of new docks with a fishing pier, jet ski ramps, and an expansive new deck for watching sunsets out over the the water!  New barbeque grills have been scattered around the property for your use anytime.  New games to play - horseshoes, washers, basketball, and bocce ball.  Even Beach wagons were added to help you carry your stuff to the beach.

So, if you haven't been out in a while, be sure and come to see us soon. Spend a long weekend or a full week and enjoy "the simple life" on constant-level Lake LBJ!  We constantly hear from our clients and owners, "Tropical Hideaway has never looked better!" 

Currently in the planning stage is a new 2000 square foot Community Room for family gatherings and meetings, with a kitchen, restrooms, and a lakeside deck for fun and relaxation with scheduled completion in 2009.
