Whether it's strawberry pickin' time or when the bluebonnet trail explodes into vast fields of color ~ bird watching season, the fun of being at the lake for patriotic summer holidays or in December to take in the fantastic holiday lights on Lake Marble Falls with the spectacular "Main Street Bethlehem" Christmas celebration in nearby Burnet . . . there's always a great reason to come to the Highland Lakes Region and to Tropical Hideaway. Here are a few things to know when planning a trip to Tropical Hideaway...
What to Expect: Our homeowners furnish pillows, linens and towels for the maximum occupancy based on sleeping accommodations available per unit. The one and two bedroom condominiums are fully furnished including kitchens with dishwashers, basic utensils and small appliances (dishes, flatware, pots/pans, coffee makers, toasters, microwaves). Open flame barbecue grills are not permitted on the balconies, patios, decks or near our buildings. Efficiency Guest Rooms, although without kitchens, have microwaves, mini refrigerators, coffee makers and a few dishes, glasses and utensils.
Basics to Bring: Beach towels (to use at pools or the beach), Groceries including staple items such as coffee filters/coffee, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Bathing Soap, Shampoo, Toiletries, Sunscreen, sun glasses, hats, swim suits, cover-ups.
